We are now 5 months down the line and I have been told by my respresentative HSBC are ignoring the solicitors request for information. Because of this we are at a standstill with our claim and are still paying astranomical interest charges on our credit card. Surely this is in breach of the laws set to ensure banks play fair? Can you advise me what to do about this? I am angry with HSBC and wish to take this matter further but am unsure what to do.
